I use yoga, pilates and bellydance to stay toned and slim. The yoga keeps me flexible. Pilates is great for toning and strenght. You use your bodies resistance to burn calories. The bellydance and Tribal fusion. I'm certainly not a great dancer, but I have fun and stay in shape. Traditional bellydance is great for your hips-especially when you do your shimmies right. Tribal fusion is the greatest way to tone your upper body and abs without weights. Tribal fusion can be done to any genre of music
