Dance, workouts, yoga, pilates and certain traditional and tribal movements of bellydance and African-Caribbean dance. Yoga is used to maintain flexibility, while meditation relaxes at the end of the day. Pilates increases strength and muscle tone, while the bellydance is of course cardiovascular and fun. We also do Mapoukas and other Hip dances, but that's a different class!

I stay in shape the most fun way I know how. I am not a gym person, and I don't enjoy lifting weights. I don't enjoy jumping around doing aerobics because it wears the joints. I specialize in non-impact and no-impact physical activities.
